How much ever I was excited about not wearing a uniform, there is always the dilemma of deciding what to wear every day. This is why I came up with three outfits, with the help of Claw Craft, which is started by Apoorva, who hand makes this jewellery. She is a 23 year old from Chennai, who has completed her engineering, but does this as a passion. Do check out her facebook page by clicking on the link:- www.facebook.com/clawcraft/.
The Indian Look
Most of my closet right now consists of different kurtas, but this one, I hadn’t worn until now, because I was saving it for something special. So, what I did here was wear this Anarkali as a dress, but you could always wear tights, or anything you want under it; and then, the choker adds the perfect contrast and breaks down all that pink. As usual, no Indian look of mine is complete without bangles.
Anarkali- Biba. Lipstick- Taupe by M.A.C. Choker- Claw Craft.
When I think of comfortable and fuzzy, I think of Athleisure, because there is nothing more comfortable than wearing a pair of tracks or gym pants, but to actually make it look not right out of the gym, the top I am wearing, is just perfect for those days. Plus, the choker and boots just add to the whole look.
Choker- Claw Craft. Top- Calae. Pants- Reebok. Boots- Aldo.
There are always those times, when you want to look like a boss, and that is when you wear this kind of an outfit. Keeping the whole monochrome with a pop of pink makes it a little more quirky and fresh.
Earrings- Claw Craft. Jacket- Amethyst, Chennai. Pants- H&M. Shoes- Charles and Keith.
Here ends this lookbook, and these are not the only kind of outfits you can wear to college. There is so much you can experiment with. I also post my outfits almost everyday on instagram, so you can check them out there, my username being- sassyjesi_byjesita.
Until next time…..STAY SASSY!
