When I think of summers, I think of yellow and the sun shining from above. Which is why, I wanted to combine the two.
I have come with three looks, which are yellow, fun, easy and everyday wear, but of course with my own touch.
The Indo-western fusion is something I truely enjoy sporting, so for this one, I took a basic yellow dress, and turned it from simple to head turning only by adding a mirror work embroidered coatie, and ofcourse, my bright pink jutties.

A long kurta and plazzos, is the most comfortable pair to wear. But by adding heels, and a bit of the chunky jewellery, it stands out. The blue from the earrings bring out a nice contrast to the yellow, whereas the handcuff adds a bit more of dimension.

Off-shoulder is without doubt, the best trend I have come across. Right now, I am so into off-shoulder tops and dresses, that I had to include this dress. Keeping all the focus only on the dress, I kept the accessories simple by adding a thin choker and nude heels.

Also. I wanted to mention a thing or two about where I shot this and a few of my previous blogs. This is a hotel in Panchgani, Maharashtra named Hotel Prospect. It is an heirloom hotel and my family has been going there since about four generations. The place is beautiful and incredibly well maintained. It is basically home away from home. Meals are served in a big dining hall, where there is a fixed menu, no a la carte, no buffet, just a simple, yet lavish family spread, which is my favourite bit.
I would love to know your favourite holiday destination, and also let me know if you enjoyed this blog post.
Until next time…..STAY SASSY!
